The error code indicates that the driver could not transfer enough data.
This problem usually occurs when the CL frame grabber is connected to a PCIe slot that is not suitable for the frame grabber.
Therefore, please check the performance of the grabber using the Micro Diagnostics tool as described in chapter 5.3 of this manual:
