Only the 525 board works with this camera under Windows 10/11, not the 520.
You also need an older pco.camware software that can handle the older drivers.
Please check the board again to make sure it's the right one.
You also need a computer with 5V PCI slots, newer computers may only be supplied with 3V.
There are alternative external PCI boxes that can be used as interfaces on newer computers.
We cannot guarantee that these external boxes are 100% compatible with the motherboards.
Since the cameras are relatively old, we unfortunately cannot provide further support for any potential issues.
The update is also at your own risk.
We recommend using newer camera technology, I would be happy to involve our sales team if desired.
