If you have problems that no image data is sent from the camera to the PC, recognizable by black images, an error message that no image data can be transferred or an error message in the GigeCalib Tool, then the cause is the Windows 10 firewall.
A first short test can be done to deactivate Windows Defender (requires administrator rights).
If this test works, the entry: "GigE Calibration Tool Gen2" can be released in the approved Windows Firewall apps (ticking all boxes in the line also requires administrator rights). In addition, all other programs that communicate with the camera via the network should be released in this view, such as "Camware". If you do not have access to the release of these apps, make sure that no higher-level administrator is activated via your admin rights.
You can also disable the windows defender completely to test the functionality.
