Current standard PCIe USB boards Delock 90096 & 90493 that come with our USB-camera systems have a power saving feature that may cause an issue if activated (accessible via the device manager). As a consequence, a (connected) camera that is switched on while the PC is already running may not be recognized.
Please check the card’s energy settings in the device manager first.
If this not help, please send us logfiles, because it is also possible that a new computer has PCIe Gen4 oder Gen5 connectors on the mainboard with which not all cards are working.
Sometimes it helps to put the card in an PCIe Gen3 (if available) slot or you have the possibility to set it in the BIOS to Gen3 (if BIOS allow it).
