Please check first if the card is shown in the device manager on an other computer.
Make sure the framegrabber is connected to a PCIe x4 slot.
Install the runtime for the Silicon Software framegrabber from our homepage:
(please don't use the installation available on the Silicon Software homepage as not all relevant files / libraries are included)
Install the latest version of pco.camware:
When installing, make sure the checkbox for the Silicon Software DLL is checked!
If the camera is not recognized in pco.camware, please run the MicroDiagnostics tool and create support files within pco.camware. You have to activate logging, re-open pco.camware and wait until the scan for cameras is finished. After you have used the MicroDiagnostics Tool, please let us know what the message / error is exactly in the tool?
Please also send the support file to us that we can evaluate your system in detail.
